Rosa Felmonde

You may have heard of a game titled "Undercover Cops", or if you haven't, it wouldn't be a big deal because it's a seldom known arcade game. 3 players, beat up punks, that cool stuff. Everything about this game is full of ups and downs, as are the not-so-undercover cops themselves.

I had about one real reference pic to work with her, yet I managed to work everything possible into her kick-ass design. This was so exciting to make, now I want to start on drawing the other two player characters to bring this piece to fruition.
